I am Josh Schulman, the Cofounder and President of HomeApproach.com. I am a family man, digital marketing professional, and entrepreneur based in Eastchester, New York.
At the end of the day, I feel like I live a very happy life. Therefore a few years ago, I decided I wanted to start a meaningful side project where I could try to give back to society in some way. It was from that mindset and intentionality in which HomeApproach.com was born.
The mission of HomeApproach.com is to help people achieve homeownership. I realize this is a broad statement with a lot of nuances and implications. The truth is that the homebuying journey is a very unique, emotional, and challenging process for people to go through. Therefore my main goal is to make the process easier for people.
